After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• Products that have been altered after delivery.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch.
• Issues reported beyond the specified complaint period after delivery.

4. Replacement Option

In certain situations, Pirple Grocery may offer a replacement product of the same or equivalent value instead of a refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team within the specified reporting period after delivery and provide relevant details along with photographs of the affected product, wherever possible.
